Hosts were responsive when we needed help but had issues with heating that were not resolved. Bedroom was comfortable, good shower and functional kitchen but living room furniture was uncumfortable. Good tv available and travel cot was very useful. Busy road so parking up was difficult.

Location, Location, Location 10/10
Liked: Home from Home.. but better!❣️perfect bed, spotlessly clean, everything works as it should. It’s modern and I’d go back anytime I’m in Lem.
Disliked: Nothing that would make a significant difference to anyone’s stay really I guess.. it’s clean and cosy,safe and well located, but, the fridge motor runs a bit noisy in the lounge. The main front door to the building has to be banged to close and when people come and go it’s REALLY loud, especially at 7.45 in the morning when the other tenants in the building rush out for the day, one after the other😖 The sofa in the lounge is stiffer than a park bench and sadly lets the lovely lounge down terribly, given everything else is SO nice❣️

The parking area is quite tight, but manageable. The flat is ideal for a visit to Leamington Spa and is only a short walk in to town.

The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The location was excellent, peaceful but very easy to walk into the centre of Leamington and close to the train station. The apartment was well furnished and modern with everything you would need.

The perfect location, out the way of the bustle of the centre of Leamington and ideally located near the station (without any of the rail noise!). The apartment itself was perfect, clean, and really well kitted out. Appreciated the small touches, like milk in the fridge and a couple of washing machine tabs. Also appreciated the black out curtains for a summer lie in!

Communication and the check in and out process was simple! Communication was brough both by SMS and WhatsApp. The location is great and walkable to town! Next to all amazing walking paths.

All in all a very pleasant stay which was extremely comfortable. Very toasty with a comfy bed. Ample towels and hot water. Fully equipped with everything needed for a short stay My only issue were the steps which were a too much for the push chair - I was baby sitting my daughter's small but heavy baby! Jepherson Pk and the town centre a short walk away, super convenient for Leamington Spa train station.

This Airbnb was great, the place was immaculate \nAnd up to date. Had all appliances. Great location \nNice and quiet on the night , host was amazing with reply’s , we really appreciated the little things he did like food selection of Italian biscuits and toast , jam , juices and water in fridge. Close to restaurants and metro, definitely will go back there.

I had a lovely stay at Elliot & HOMEHOST’s place in Royal Leamington Spa\n\nThe accommodation matched the description perfectly and was beautifully presented, very clean and comfortable.\n\nA small area for improvement would be the hallway, which could be better maintained, and the use of air fresheners in the apartment to enhance the overall ambience.\n\nOverall, it was an enjoyable and pleasant stay.

Nice apartment but cold!
Liked: The apartment is in a quiet residential street with easy access to the centre and train station. Once everyone was asleep the building was very quiet at night. The staff were friendly when I had to communicate with them prior to my arrival. The apartment was very clean upon my arrival. Nice shower. I would stay again but in the summer the next time so the apartment should be warmer.
Disliked: Very old building and high ceilings which meant a very cold apartment and the apartment was very large and hard to heat up with the tiny radiators. The apartment is on the ground floor right by the entrance door, so lots of slamming the door and other residents coming and going. A paper thin cheap mattress and paper thin pillows. The tiny bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. No window blinds in the kitchen which meant the residents in front could look right into the apartment. The WI-FI appeared to be weak. The mattress cover was dirty. One could clearly hear the people upstairs walking around. A £250 refundable deposit which was released right after check out. There is also a £5 verification fee prior to arrival.

Great location and just as described. Responsive hosts and clear instructions. Overall we had a great stay. The only thing we weren't so enthusiastic about was the home host process. This is a bit of a faff but was needed to check in, out and to get through entry information. On the grand scheme of things it's minor though and this is a lovely flat.

Liked: Very modern living space, lovely bathroom and great shower, close to town and restaurants, and train station. Ideal location.
Disliked: The couch/sofa bed is very uncomfortable to sleep on. I drew the short straw and gave my daughters the bed, which meant 3 uncomfortable sleeps.

The apartment is lovely, well-located near the train station and Leamington Spa’s centre. It’s well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hosts were very attentive, checking in frequently to ensure everything was going well, which I appreciated. While the apartment itself is lovely, the comfort of the beds significantly affected the quality of my stay. The sofa bed was uncomfortable for more than one night, and the double bed was saggy, which made sleeping difficult. Given how important a good night's sleep is when traveling, this issue impacted our experience. Despite the great location and attentive hosts, the lack of proper bed comfort is something that should be addressed for a truly enjoyable experience.

Sofa beds are designed more for occasional use, but we understand your point — for longer stays, we’d be happy to host you at one of our larger properties with full beds in all rooms for added comfort. Good place to stay if in Leamington area
Liked: Perfect location for a trip with a toddler- right next to Victoria Park, 5 min walk to Parade. Apartment was cosy, nice clean bathroom with wide shower space.
Disliked: Was cold as ground floor, big radiator in living room didn’t work hence couldn’t warm up the place properly. A bit loud from all other occupants of the building.
