House rules
A few things we ask
- No smoking or vaping inside any of our homes.
- No parties or events: our homes are in residential streets.
- Pets only where the home's page says they're welcome: up to 2 pets, £39.99 each (non-refundable). Ask us first: we confirm in writing before you arrive.
- Please keep noise down, especially after 10pm.
- Everyone staying must be on the booking, and no more guests than it says.
- Tell us straight away about anything broken, so we can fix it.
- Before you leave: close the windows, leave used towels on the bathroom floor, put rubbish in the bins provided, and lock up and return the keys as your check-out instructions say.
- Guests must be 18 or over.
Before check-in, every guest provides photo ID, signs our rental agreement and chooses either a refundable damage deposit, returned after your stay if nothing is damaged, or a non-refundable damage waiver.
