3Our services
We manage short-let and serviced accommodation for property owners, and offer stays to guests. Management is always under a separate agreement between us and the owner. Stays booked through the site are subject to our booking terms, which you agree to when you book.
4Using the site
Use the site lawfully, and do nothing that damages it or gets in the way of others using it.
5Our content
The site's text, design, logos and our own photographs belong to HOMEHOSTS. Town photographs credited on the page are used under their Creative Commons licences. Please don't copy our content without asking.
6Estimates
Any income figures we give, on the site or in a valuation, are our estimates at the time. What a property earns depends on its location, condition, the season and the market, so we cannot guarantee it.
7Our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any dispute.
9Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
