The space
The living room has a smart TV, and the dining table is big enough for everyone to eat together.
The kitchen has a double oven, a four-burner gas hob, a microwave and an integrated dishwasher. There's a washing machine and a tumble dryer too, so you can pack light.

Two of the bathrooms are en-suite, and with a main bathroom and a separate WC as well, nobody waits long in the morning. A travel cot is there if you need one.

The whole house is yours, with its own entrance, the garden and free parking on site.
The area
Round the corner, within a 5 minute walk, you'll find a Co-op, Heathcote Pharmacy, Bewiched Coffee, Filippo's Hand Crafted Gelato and Harbury Catch for fish and chips. The nearest pub, The Heathcote, is a 3 minute drive.
Warwick's old town is close by car. St Mary's Church and St Nicholas' Park are 5 minutes away, and Warwick Castle and the Lord Leycester 6. Jephson Gardens in Leamington is 6 minutes too, and Kenilworth Castle makes a good day out at 17.
Getting around
You can park for free on site, and Warwick's sights are all a short drive away.

The house is on two floors and isn't step-free.
Security cameras cover the outside only, with none inside.

- Stays of 14 nights or more have a mid-stay clean each week, at £172.80 a clean. Booked through Airbnb or another booking site? We'll ask you to pay for these separately.
- Pets welcome by request: £39.99 per pet (non-refundable), up to 2. Please ask before you book and we'll confirm in writing. Pets must be flea-treated, never left alone in the property and kept off the furniture.
