Private Bedroom:

This private bedroom is both stylish and cosy. There is a modern single bed to ensure you have a comfortable sleep, with a side table and reading lamp alongside. There is also a complete wardrobe and hangers, as well as a hair dryer to cater for all your needs. The room comes with a complete working space that includes a desk and ergonomic chair, as well as a TV that can also be used as a second screen to work from.

Private Bathroom:

The private ensuite bathroom has a shower including all toiletries (shampoo, shower gel etc) - fresh towels are provided for you.

Open Plan Lounge & Dining:

There is a spacious open-plan communal lounge featuring a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Guests can enjoy access to an Android TV in the shared living area, along with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it easy to stream your favourite shows and stay connected throughout your stay.

The dining area has a modern dining table where you can enjoy your meals, whether you decide to cook at home or order in from the abundance of highly rated restaurants and takeaways located close by.

Kitchen:

There is a fully equipped kitchen with all white goods (kettle, toaster etc). The kitchen also has a microwave as well as a fridge and freezer. It includes all plates, cutlery, pots & pans, cups & mugs, wine glasses, cooking & baking utensils for you to cook whatever you wish.

There is a washing machine/dryer (pods provided), as well as an iron and ironing board for all your needs.

Garden:

Make use of the private garden and enjoy the sun on the comfortable garden furniture that is available for you to use.

You will have exclusive access to your own comfortable room with private bathroom. The room is thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, complete with all the amenities you'll need to feel right at home.

In addition to your private space, you'll also have access to our inviting living room. Relax on the comfortable sofa while you enjoy your favourite shows and movies on Netflix.

If you're feeling like cooking, our fully-equipped kitchen is at your disposal. Whip up a delicious meal using our pots, pans, oven, refrigerator, and all the other basic amenities you'll need. And when the weather is nice, take your meals outside to our private garden. It's the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy your meals in the fresh air.

Chill out in the garden using the comfortable garden furniture, so you can take full advantage of the space. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing with a good book, our private garden is the perfect place to relax.

• Check-in: from 15:00 | Check-out: by 10:00
• A signed rental agreement is needed before arrival; your access information follows once it's done
• Before check-in: photo ID, and either a refundable damage deposit (a hold on your card, released after check-out) or a non-refundable damage waiver covering accidental damage: 1–3 nights, £100 deposit or £19.99 waiver covering up to £100; 4+ nights, £125 deposit or £29.99 waiver covering up to £100
• Stays of 14 nights or more have a mid-stay clean each week, at the cleaning fee (£31) a clean. Booked through Airbnb or another booking site? We'll ask you to pay for these separately.
