Questions

Staying in Leamington Spa

Anything else? Call us on 0333 335 5052, or read how booking works.

Are these holiday cottages?

No. They're two-bedroom flats in North Leamington, each with its own kitchen and parking space. If you want a cottage in the countryside they aren't that; if you want a base 15 to 20 minutes' walk from the Parade, they suit.

Is this like Airbnb?

It's the same kind of stay: a whole flat with its own kitchen, rather than a hotel room. The difference is that you book direct with us, the people who look after the flats, so you see live prices and get our book-direct saving.

Can a family or a team share a flat?

Yes. Each flat has two bedrooms and sleeps up to four. The super king splits into two singles, so three colleagues can have a bed each, and there's a cot for little ones.

Can I bring the dog?

Yes. Pets are welcome at every flat, for a fee, and there's green space nearby for a walk.
