The space
Bedrooms:
The bedrooms in the house are stylish and cosy. Both bedrooms have modern beds to ensure you have a comfortable sleep, with side tables and reading lamps alongside. The Master bedroom boasts a King Size bed, with the second bedroom having an equally as appealing Double bed.
Lounge & Dining:
There is a spacious lounge with a large sofa for you to relax in. The room comes with a Smart TV with Netflix & high-speed Wi-Fi, so you are able to catch up on all your favourite shows.
The separate dining area has a modern dining table where you can enjoy your meals, whether you decide to cook at home or order in from the abundance of highly rated restaurants and takeaways located close by.
Kitchen:
There is a fully equipped kitchen with all white goods (kettle, toaster etc). The kitchen also has a microwave as well as a fridge and freezer. It includes all plates, cutlery, pots & pans, cups & mugs, wine glasses, cooking & baking utensils for you to cook whatever you wish.
There is a washing machine(pods provided), as well as an iron and ironing board for all your needs.
Bathroom:
The 3-piece bathroom has a shower over bath including all toiletries (shampoo, shower gel etc) - towels are provided for you.
Contractors* - we are open to long-term stays so please do enquire and we will be happy to discuss this further with you.

Comfortable home and in a nice area close to Earlsdon High Street with lots of places to eat and drink. The bedrooms are comfortable and we had a restful weekend. Bathroom was a little cold but that is to be expected with the type of house. Super responsive, there was an issue with the backdoor key which didnt impact our stay but they came and fixed it straight away.

It was a good home for a few days. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the city center is just 5 minutes away.

Nice house, has everything you need for a short stay. The house was very cold, bedrooms were fine but the kitchen and bathroom out the back of the house is a single skin extension and with a radiator the size of a postage stamp… Which means the bathroom was full of condensation, especially as the extractor fan did not work.
