- Stays of 14 nights or more have a mid-stay clean each week, at the cleaning fee (£50) a clean. Booked through Airbnb or another booking site? We'll ask you to pay for these separately.
- Pets welcome by request: £39.99 per pet (non-refundable), up to 2. Please ask before you book and we'll confirm in writing. Pets must be flea-treated, never left alone in the property and kept off the furniture.

The cigarette smell was overpowering
Liked: The location and the hosts gave us a 75 GBP credit because of the smell.
Disliked: The smell of stale cigarettes was overwhelming. The garden was like a jungle. The curtains in back bedroom had holes and fell down when opened.
