Nice stylish place to enjoy the town
Liked: Well kept, stylish and clean with all amenities plus they left milk sachets, tea and coffee. Despite electric shower it was great and a big tray. Ground floor but raised at rear. Easy parking. Safe area. 25mins walk to town
Disliked: Squeaky door hinges. Not cheap for two blokes.

Host service made the whole experience uncomfortable
Liked: Key process was simple.
Disliked: Booking on .com was simple but then after we had booked a non refundable stay , had to complete intrusive checklist with hidden extras for cleaning deposit / waiver (we paid £25 rather than having a £250 deposit ) then we were called while enroute telling us that we needed to pay a £40 dog fee also. We were travelling for a family funeral and we received several calls, texts and emails even at the Crematorium.

The stay was at a very peaceful location with great connectivity to the central of the town. The host was very kind. We initially had an issue regarding cleaning but it was resolved at the earliest. Overall, I would recommend this one!! Thank you very much Abby for hosting us. We had a great time.

Liked: Location was good, only a short walk to the centre.
Disliked: Very small for a family. You can hear everything from other flat (doors slamming shut & dog barking). Work being carried out on step, nearly broke my neck when tile came up on step.

We take guest communication seriously, as it helps us resolve any concerns quickly, so we’re a little surprised by the lower staff score. The apartment is advertised as a 2-bed property and we’ve not had previous comments about its size, but we understand everyone’s needs are different. We’re sorry about the work being carried out on the step outside the building. This was arranged by the building management company for essential maintenance, and we weren’t notified in advance, so unfortunately we couldn’t pre-warn our guests. We’re pleased you enjoyed the location and hope we can welcome you back in the future under smoother circumstances.
