- Stays of 14 nights or more have a mid-stay clean each week, at the cleaning fee (£50) a clean. Booked through Airbnb or another booking site? We'll ask you to pay for these separately.
- Pets welcome by request: £39.99 per pet (non-refundable), up to 2. Please ask before you book and we'll confirm in writing. Pets must be flea-treated, never left alone in the property and kept off the furniture.

Nice apartment in good location
Liked: Great communication regarding check in and check out. Nice apartment in good location. Good facilities
Disliked: Lack of power points in bedroom. Sofa not very comfortable and would have been hard if used as sofa bed

Liked: Very modern with everything you need- the only thing was the sofa bed which was broken but as soon as I let them know they came out very quickly but the sofa bed was completely broken which we have been compensated, just have to send in receipt 😀

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Leamington Spa. It’s around a 15 min walk to the town centre but in a nice area and was easy to find plus free parking and felt safe. The communication and check in and out instructions all very clear and great comms throughout the trip. The apartment was lovely and very cosy. The beds were very comfortable. The only reason I have given it 4 stars and not 5 was a couple of things including a broken blind when we got there which we had not been made aware of and looked very unsightly. The place was mainly clean but a bit dusty in places, eg having to use the plug socket behind the draws in the bedroom so could use the mirror, that had been missed, some cobwebs/spiders on the ceiling and the plates/cups/glasses were just thrown in the cupboard, not in order and nothing matched at all. There was enough of everything for us but it wasn’t a 5* in my opinion. We would however return as the good outweighed the bad and we enjoyed our stay.

A very nice and tidy accommodation, my only gripe is the address could mention that the court is called Chestnut Court rather than the no.4. Otherwise it was very good.
