I booked for our contractors working in the area. I had great feedback from the guys staying in this property. The house is really clean and well looked after. It has everything they needed for a stay away from home, and they also requested to book again next time they are in the area. Great host also, very easy to communicate with. Thank you.

Spotlessly clean modern apartment giving exactly what the description says at very good value. For a weekend with my kids it was absolutely spot on. (Very clear instructions as well).

We booked this apartment while major works were being carried out at our family home and chose it specifically because it appeared to be in a quiet, professional area of Leam Spa.Unfortunately, our experience was very different from what we expected. On arrival, and again on subsequent evenings, groups of men were congregating in the courtyard area smoking what appeared to be cannabis. The smell was extremely strong and unavoidable when entering and leaving the property.In addition, there were late-night gatherings and noise disturbances which made it difficult to sleep. As two working professionals needing to be up early each morning, and travelling with our 15-year-old daughter, we did not feel the environment was appropriate or comfortable for our family.The apartment was presented reasonably well, however the surrounding environment significantly impacted our stay. We decided to leave before the end of our booking.Following our complaint, we were only refunded the unused nights after our departure. Whilst this was described as a gesture of goodwill, we believe it simply reflected the fact that we were unable to continue our stay due to circ beyond our control.We appreciate the host’s responses once the issues were raised, but prospective guests should be aware that our experience did not reflect the peaceful and family-friendly stay we were expecting.It is important to note that you will not get a refund for unused nights if it happens to you. Exactly what we needed and very clean

We had a lovely stay here. Hosts were easy to contact if needed and they sorted any issues quickly. Great location for Warwick Castle and the town centre.

We had a comfortable one-night stay here. The accommodation was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and well maintained. Having parking available was a big advantage as we are finding parking can be quite challenging in many parts of the UK. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, and the living room was comfortable for our family. One thing future guests should note is that there is only one bathroom in the property, with no additional powder room/WC. So for a group of 4 guests, everyone would need to share the same bathroom. Other than that, this is a good place to stay and we enjoyed our visit.

The property was ideal for a weekend stay. The location was great for easy access to the town. It was very clean comfortable and well maintained. Elliot & Homehosts were very helpful and responded promptly to our request to carry out a minor repair to a lock. Would recommend this property

Clean and well decorated flat in a quiet private block within walking distance of the town centre. Check in and instructions were clear. Thank you, it really helped us as short notice when we were stranded due to a car breakdown.

Disliked: Not a comfy sofa, hot in twin room as had smart radiator and no information on how to turn heating up/down

Everything was great and as described. We only had one small issue which was with the showers in the morning, they would not run. Taps and bathroom worked fine but we was not able to have showers the next morning. So my overall rating is 7, otherwise this would be 10 out of 10 experience.

Liked: The Apartment was a good size, with washing facilities etc.

Disliked: Couldn't get one of the heaters to work in one of the bedrooms. So one of the guys was cold for a couple of nights. It was sorted out the third day.

Het appartement was heel prettig en schoon met leuk ingerichte kamers. We hadden even moeite met het vinden van het gebouw waar de appartementen waren, maar toen we het hadden gevonden, konden we heel makkelijk binnen komen. Het is echt een heel prettige plek in een prachtig stadje. De streek is ook echt zeer de moeite waard om naar toe te komen.

Great little flat, clean, light and good location.

Liked: The flat was very clean and tidy, the overall space was great, kitchen was very good, bathroom lovely. Location was very nice, reasonable access to town on foot- about 15 mins slow walk. Beware the original facilities list stated USB charging ports, I think this was a typo; you need standard plug socket chargers. Quick response from the company when I had questions, though a short welcome pack with WiFi details, what to do with bins etc would be good, not everyone is as digitally minded, and paper is always good.

Disliked: The sofa was a little uncomfortable, and could have done with another mirror and extension lead, as plugs are limited. I also wasn't emamoured at the idea of giving over £250, as a security deposit, on my cc with caveats as long as my arm....but all was well, and despite taking some photos at the end of the stay- as a just in case, I received my £250 in good time.

This was a great place to stay for what we needed, it was very clean had everything we needed. Check in was straight forward. Definitely stay again. Thank you.

Comfortable, well appointed, clean and tidy. Nice quiet area from which to visit town. Two flights of stairs requires a certain amount of mobility’s.

Comfortable accommodation with parking.

Liked: Detailed check in instructions. Good parking. Spacious, comfortable. Everything you need. The Fat Pug pub 2 mins walk is very handy. Uber into Warwick available. Nothing to fault it majorly, everything worked.

Disliked: Small bedroom maybe needs an accessible plug socket or mains extension lead? Minor thing.

Enjoyed our stay in Leamington. The location is excellent, quiet and only a 10 minute walk to the parade. Communication from the hosts was superb.

Very cute and cozy apartment, in a very peaceful part of town, a lot of parks close by. A 15 mins walk to shops and restaurants. We were there for a few weeks and travelled with our 8 months old baby and the apartment had everything we needed. The host is very responsive and nice. I highly recommend the place!

Liked: The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. The rooms have plenty of natural light.

Disliked: Nothing to dislike, but it would be useful to have a coat and shoe rack in the hallway.

Liked: Communication with the host was excellent. Great response time and accurate information. While we were there the downstairs neighbours had a party: hardly any sound was heard at our apartment. The neighbourhood was quiet and yet within walking distance of all important amenities. Apartment was spacious and well equipped.

Disliked: We needed the couch bed, but it was not comfortable at all. The bedding smelled a bit stale (like it hadn't been used for quite some time). Otherwise the beds were comfortable and clean.

Perfect place to stay, close to the town centre with loads of shops and places to eat. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrive. The beds were comfortable however the sofa wasn't. We also found it was quite hot in the apartment but other than that a lovely place to stay. Will be back and will recommend to others.
