Wonderful visit to Stratford

Liked: Fabbie location. Very well presented. Comfortable accommodation and a high standard. The host gave us excellent instructions as we got nearer. Nothing was too much trouble.

Let’s hope the water works

Disliked: We were told an hour before arriving that there was no water pressure in the shower. We tried sticking with it but it was difficult over 2 days with children. I contacted the owner to share my dissatisfaction before submitting a review and they offered nothing in return saying someone was coming to fix it so it shouldn’t be a problem for others. My family still paid full price however for no hot water…

Perfect for a two night break. Would return

Ideal little apartment for visiting Stratford upon Avon with the centre of town walkable in just a few minutes. Very clean. Unfortunately problem with low water pressure whilst we were there meant shower was a tepid ‘dribble’ ( owners did call on the day of arrival to advise us of the problem and plumber was coming to fix it the following week!). Friendly hosts with good communication of property info. Free off road parking a bonus!

Just perfect

Liked: Great apartment with conservatory - very clean, bright and quiet. Perfect location too, only moments away from the main sights. And parking! We will be back!

This was a great property for Stratford on Avon - comfortable, clean and an easy walk to all the sites in the centre of town including the Swan Theatre. Parking was easy, very comfortable bed and all the amenities one requires. Kate a great host - very helpful and accessible. We had a great stay.

Cute little place located near the town centre, shops and places of interest. Comfortable bed and quiet area. Parking included.

Great location for exploring Stratford upon Avon, including getting to the theatre and lots of places to eat and drink . Nice to have somewhere safe to leave the car too. The kitchen facilities were quite limited with no chopping board, wooden spoon or bread knife and blunt kitchen knife. Also there was nowhere to drain the dishes after washing up . There was a nice outside area with seating which we were unable to use because of the weather sadly

Weekend stay over

Liked: Good facilties, plenty of room, great parking facilities.

Disliked: The apartment hadn't been cleaned properly. The rug was stained and hadn't been fully hoovered. There was a sticky stain on the conservatory floor where it hadn't been mopped.

Fantastic property within walking distance from lots of lovely restaurants and attractions. The apartment was very clean and well presented, thank you for a great stay 😊

Disliked: Nothing it was perfect

We came to Stratford upon Avon for the marathon, so this place was ideally positioned on the edge of a small park in the centre of town. Situated in a pretty row of late Victorian/Edwardian houses with good parking at the rear. It was a very peaceful and private space with a garden area to sit out. The only reservation was the lack of kitchen equipment, we love to cook! A milk frother but no coffee pot! Not the end of the world, overall a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely appartment. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The appartment is in a perfect location, just a short walk to all amentities. Stratford-upon-Avon is such a beautiful place. Kate was extremely helpful and explained everything to me regarding check-in. A bonus for us we were able to leave our car just next to the accommodation and not worry about parking. Overall a lovely stay in a perfect location, I wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future. Thank You!

Good place to stay only a few mins from the centre of Stratford. Annoying check-in process but otherwise served us well!

Perfect location to visit the town and a lovey little house

Only stayed one night to spend a couple of days in Stratford but the apartment is perfect. Nice and bright, amazingly comfy bed, lovely conservatory/dining room and a lovely green park area just over the road. Kate is a great host and I would recommend the accommodation to anyone.

Good location for visiting Stratford and good value

Liked: Lovely decor and bed was very comfy. Free parking.

Disliked: Not able to control the temperature of the apartment. No sharp knives for preparing food. The conservatory area was very cold so unable to use it.

Liked: Lovely room, excellent location and correspondence with the owner was great.

Relaxing peaceful pre-Christmas break in an ideal property and location

Liked: Peaceful, private, exceptionally clean - especially the kitchen/oven, which we usually find isn’t the case when we stay in self catering places. Really close to town centre, parking was easy, whenever we needed help the team were very quick at replying.

Disliked: Could have done with maybe a dustpan and brush or similar to keep on top of cleaning up during our stay, but there was no expectations on us to clean so not an issue.

We loved the apartment, it was spot fully clean and within walking distance to everything. Kate was a great and friendly host, will definitely be returning here!

Liked: Well located to town with free parking. Lovely spacious well heated appartment with all the facilities you need. Very comprehensive parking and entry explanations.

Liked: Close location to town, off the main road so quiet. Good shower although cubicle is a little tight. Nice and clean.

Disliked: Would benefit from a few more kitchen utensils and othe size glasses.

Pleasant property to stay at

Liked: Ample coffee available

Disliked: The door to the property wasn’t locked when I arrived. Timer on the outdoor light to ages to turn off and was a little unnerving as it felt like there was someone outside watching me.

Wonderful place, close to the high street and best of all, Kate, who responds quickly to all messages in a helpful, kindly manner. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Thank you.

Lovely place

Liked: This was a great place and Kate was really nice and helpful. I did break a glass. But they were fine about it.

Disliked: We struggle on working out the parking in the dark and rain . But Kate talked me through it and it was all sorted quickly.

Liked: Everything very clean, close to everywere. Great customer service.

Disliked: Nothing

Kate was very responsive and her instructions of finding the place were very clear. She was very friendly and accommodating on the phone and in person. The place was well worth the money and would be very happy to come and stay with her again!

Excellent, spacious apartment in a central location.

Liked: Fantastic apartment - spacious, clean and quiet. Great facilities with a well-stocked kitchen. The location was brilliant too, just a few minutes walk to the centre of the town. It was lovely to have a courtesy call from the host as I was travelling up to Stratford - a really nice touch.

Disliked: The app used by Adelphi wasn't working properly, so I couldn't choose the option of a fully-refundable damage waver. In order to check-in, I had to click on the non-refundable £34.99 option, which was an unexpected additional cost.

Fantastic!

Liked: Beautiful relatively new (or refurbished) appartment, very quiet, cosy and it has everything you need! The contact with the host was great, they responded immediately and took the time to answer my questions.

Disliked: Everything was great!
