Great location
Liked: Very close to train station about 6min walk and vet close to town center less than 5 mins, nice clean bed iron and board there as well as hairdryer walk in shower , instructions were very easy to follow along with pictures of location and key cidesb
Disliked: Better pillows and although a double bed a king duvet would of been better, only had a choice of mint tea or raspberry more choice needed the small outside place needed brightening up mabey fairy light a few pot plants and couple of coasters on the table which is glass

Convenient and affordable stay
Liked: Great location and easy to access. The rooms were a reasonable size and nicely equipped. Parking is tight to access and easy to miss the entrance to but there was plenty of spaces.
Disliked: It was more dated than expected and not as clean as I would have liked.

Cute but moldy
Liked: Nicely decorated with intentional interior design
Disliked: We left a day early. The shower was moldy and seemed to not have been properly cleaned. Just spraying hot water across the shower seemed to get a lot of dirt and brown gunk out, which was a pretty straightforward thing with just got water but it seemed like no one had done that. This was especially considering the bathroom was a wet room. There was hair in the shower as well. Not like one strand either. Enough that was noticeable and concerning why it was still there. The patio area had cobwebs all over the tables and the chairs as if there was no intention to clean it, care about it or prepare it for use.

Disliked: Shower kept going hot and cold again.

Very convenient location, especially with a dog. Value for money. the studio had everything you need
Liked: We had a dog, the location was perfect. A large park just across the road. A small patio. Location excellent for walking into town, which meant we could leave the car in our free car parking space.

Great location
Liked: Great location, walk down Scholars Lane opposite and you on are the high street within 3 minutes.
Disliked: I was worried about the parking, as there are only 5 allocated spaces. However you are given a voucher for on street parking which is really really close and I would say better to park your car on a road then brave the narrow gap between houses to the private parking. I believe the dog friendly rooms shouldn’t be extra. The floor is hard flooring so no need for extra cleaning and I feel £39.99 per dog is too expensive.

The property is in a great central location in Stratford-upon-Avon. It's compact but was perfect for our short stay with our 10-month-old baby and dog. The small outdoor space was ideal for the dog, and the kitchenette had everything we needed. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a message from the host regarding parking. We had followed the instructions provided and genuinely believed we were parked in the correct space. If we were mistaken, it was an honest mistake. However, the message felt unnecessarily confrontational and left us feeling uncomfortable. It caused us to cut short time with friends and rush back to the car because we were worried about a potential issue. It's a shame, as we had otherwise enjoyed a lovely weekend and would have happily recommended the property. The accommodation itself was great, but the handling of the parking situation left a negative impression.

Anniversary weekend break
Liked: Very near to the centre but far enough away to be quiet. The studio was immaculately clean and tidy and well presented. Stsff were very friendly and helpful and I was informed of potential issuses before arrival. Superb base to spend a many time at Atratford
Disliked: Nothing really

We were disappointed with the room but we were out for most of the day.
Liked: Good location, close to city centre
Disliked: The room was expensive and it didn’t match our expectations. The generic photograph was not representative of the quality of the room. Although the room was clean it looked shabby. For instance the only space for clothes was an open railed area with two open shelves. The bathroom had a basic shower which was hard to regulate. The heated towel rail was labelled very hot but there were no details explaining how to turn it down. It pumped out a lot of heat all night. The small outdoor space was a messy bare yard. Although the communication was efficient they were incapable of resolving our main query/problem before arriving. Their response felt to have been written by AI. We had searched for a room for two adults and a dog. We selected the more expensive, slightly larger room with the outdoor space to accommodate the three of us. When we filled in the ridiculously, detailed pre-arrival questions we were asked to pay extra for the dog. We had assumed the dog was included in the overall fee as we had included her in our original booking. We had to pay in order to get the entry instructions even though we felt we had been misled.

- Booking.comMarch 202610/10

Liked: Was only 10 minutes walk to town, had a little patio area, be nice if cleaned up, and few pots out there,be nice in summer, could have had few chairs in room to sit on
Disliked: We could hear ppl upstairs banging about, 2 nights, 6-10 pm,

Fantastic location short walk into town.
Liked: Spotlessly clean, fanatic location short walk into town centre, free parking on site (as it was quiet) nice and warm and cosy apartment with the benefit of an outside patio space (studio 2) Opposite nice public gardens which was ideal for a quick dog stroll.
Disliked: Small stool provided but not suitable for working on laptop; no comfy chair(s) as space a big tight. Very narrow alleyway to parking at rear - requires good level of skilled driving & small/medium car to avoid damage to wing mirrors!.. but free parking like gold dust in SOA!
