Decent but unfortunately the price does not live up to expectations.
Liked: Decent location. Bed was comfortable. Provided us with a fan which was great as the room got quite stuffy due to the size of it.
Disliked: We used a towel to soak up some of the bathroom floor after showering and unfortunately it showed how unclean the bathroom floor was. Please see picture below. The price was also extortionate for one night. The deposit, I feel is also unnecessary when we were barely here.

Lovely clean with helpful staff and close to town.
Liked: Ideal for walking into Stratford. Well set up for eating take away and having breakfast. Kitchenette well equipped and big comfy bed.
Disliked: Couldn’t open the bathroom door fully as really close to the bed. Shower is small. Ok for me being 5’ 4” but a larger person my find it tight and bang elbows on wall when washing hair

This was a lovely base for our stay in Stratford. The hosts were so responsive and accommodating of additional requests. Located in a very peaceful location only a short walk from the centre of the town.

Liked: Kate the host was so helpful. Great communication and super friendly. Great location in a short distance to the shops and bars. Able to park on site was excellent.
Disliked: Room was on the small side but super comfortable bed.

Disliked: Attention to detail , dust on top of headboard, top of picture frames and mirror. Wall scuffed on the right had side of bathroom door. Shower screen at the bottom and seal at bottom needs attention and replacing

Liked: Easy to find, free parking, comfy and clean, great for the theatre, everything we needed for a one night stay. Good communication. Nice little kitchenette.
Disliked: Tiny storage space for clothes ....not a problem for one overnight but would be tricky for a longer stay.
