The Adelphi - Studio 7

Beautiful little studio on the top floor ! Well furnished and very clean. Only downside was the heat. It was very warm with no relief and the fan provided was very weak. Probably way more pleasant during cooler times of the year :)

An amazing stay! Super clean and quite spacious for a studio. Amazing location, all the sightseeing destinations are close and only couple minute walk away! Kate has responded in all queries in less than couple of minutes. Will be returning soon as it was absolutely amazing!

Great night away

Liked: I recently stayed in a studio apartment for one night and I was thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped, making it a comfortable retreat. The location was excellent, conveniently situated near attractions (had a visit to the Shakespeare Distillery tour). I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a town centre stay.

Great location and comfortable

Liked: The accommodation was in the perfect location, a very short walk into town and all the attractions. Being a solo traveller I felt very safe in the area. The parking was free and really easy. I was in the attic room which was lovely. The stairs were steep but manageable for me. The room was very spacious and well lit with sky- light windows and a couple of larger windows too which I could open. There was enough crockery and cutlery for my needs as a solo traveller. I only used for breakfasts but there was a toaster and microwave for simple cooking of other meals if I needed to. The bed was clean and comfortable, and towels were provided; as was a hairdryer and iron including ironing board if I had needed them. An information folder was useful too.

Disliked: Unfortunately the toilet was too high, it was raised without any step which did make it uncomfortable to use. The fan in the bathroom needed a good clean.

A great Aparthotel!

Liked: A great Aparthotel! We had room 7, on the top floor, and we absolutely loved it. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, perfect location just a short walk from the centre, friendly staff and clear check in/out instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

Disliked: The damages process, i.e. the fact I couldn't arrange it at the time of booking. #Annoying

Kate’s place was as described, a well located space within walking distance of all the local attractions. The room itself provided all we needed for our two night stay. We used it mainly as a base to explore the area and therefore spent most of the day outside sightseeing. It was a comfortable place to return to and everything worked as it should, the shower was lovely and warm. I loved the quirkiness of the room and the thoughtful items provided eg hot water bottle, a good selection of tea/coffee/hot chocolate, with sugar, milk and biscuits. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely, very warm and well equipped flat near the centre of the town. Very close to the RSC theatres which we enjoyed - fantastic to be able to walk home after a wonderful RSC performance.

Overall, a lovely room with a mini kitchen and a nice shower room in a central location !

Liked: The host got in touch several times in advance and made sure we knew how to get in. Instructions were really well layed out with images etc. It was super easy and 'exactly as described'. Thank you.

Disliked: We didnt realise that the main road would be so loud if we opened the window. The room was quite hot for us and therefore we needed the window open. The bedding was too warm for us and there was no alternative to switch to, sadly. The heating in the bathroom could not be turned down.

Kate was fantastic - checked-in with us regularly although she didn’t need to because her instructions were very clear. Location was fantastic, we were a ten-minute walk away from everything you’d want to do in Stratford-upon-Avon and the apartment was clean and contained, lovely to stay in. Thanks again!

perfect stay. cosy and true to description

Comfortable and convenient

Liked: Location was very good - halfway between the station and the theatre. It was quiet. Good facilities for making tea/coffee in the room. Kate, the host, was very helpful when we had difficulties in registering.

Disliked: The registering procedure was a nightmare requiring the use of technology which was unfamiliar and in any case didn't work properly due to the fact that it was a 'handover' week and some of it was new to the host. Not everyone has a smartphone to which they refer frequently. I had a heart monitor which prevented me from using a smartphone while it was in place. Plenty of hanging space but we could have done with a couple of drawers too.

Ideal location to explore the town. Room was fine, a very comfortable bed.
