- A signed rental agreement is needed before arrival; your access information follows once it's done
- Before check-in: photo ID and a £600 refundable damage deposit (a hold on your card, released after check-out)
- Stays of 14 nights or more have a mid-stay clean each week, at the cleaning fee (£90) a clean. Booked through Airbnb or another booking site? We'll ask you to pay for these separately.
- Dogs welcome in Studios 1 and 2 only, by request: £39.99 per dog (non-refundable), up to 2. Please ask before you book and we'll confirm in writing. Dogs must be flea-treated, never left alone in the property and kept off the furniture.

The Adelphi guest care team are available 7 days a week via message, phone or email. Once your booking is confirmed you'll receive a link to your personal guest portal with everything you need — check-in instructions, local tips and a direct contact for the duration of your stay.

Kate was very attentive and accomodating for our group who stayed in Stratford for a wedding - all of the rooms were great and had good sized bathrooms and facilities. Great place to stay if there’s a group of you who want your own private space. Thanks!!
