Despite some issues upon check in, the stay is good for a group of 8 people.
Liked: It is in a quiet area and the house is facing an open space with grass and trees. It is just a few minutes drive to Leamington Spa with many shops and supermarkets.
Disliked: No air conditioning. No coffee machine. The verification process was cumbersome. I had to pay extra money for something like an insurance! Had to use the portal again for getting check in information and the portal was not working so it kept asking for verification again and again. That process should be eliminated completely and check in information should be sent via an email like all other accommodation.

Clean brand new house. Comfortable. Nice large kitchen. Living room with big TV was enjoyable. I wish there was a coffee machine provided. Private parking next to the house was also very practical. The host uses the services of a specialized company to manage the booking. Very professional and responsive. We recommend the place if you need to be in this area.

Great property. Very clean and well equipped. Bedrooms are all good and beds are incredibly comfortable. Plenty of ground floor space for 8 people. Only a 17 minute drive to park and ride into Stratford upon Avon.

Fantastic directions and check in and check out instructions. We had an issue with the boiler but the response to our questions was extremely prompt. The house was impeccably clean and was exactly as described.

Perfect home from home.
Liked: Great house. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of room on the drive. We fitted 2 vans. Well equipped. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Great showers. Also has 2 large fridge freezers. Which was perfect as we were 4 men.
