As standard, we provide every client with a free essentials checklist so you know exactly what is required to launch correctly. For owners who want additional support, we offer optional interior setup services designed specifically for short-term rentals — entirely optional and scaled to suit your level of involvement. Our focus is launch optimisation: every recommendation is made with guest experience, durability, reviews and revenue in mind.
Option 1 — Checklist
A complete room-by-room checklist covering all essential items, from mattresses and linen through to kitchenware. Quantities and minimum standards clearly outlined — ideal for landlords furnishing the property themselves.
Option 2 — Pre-designed shopping list
Our most popular paid option. A pre-designed shopping list based on proven short-let layouts, with a choice of styles such as Modern, Scandi or Boho. Each item linked directly, quantities listed per room — fast, efficient setup with minimal back-and-forth.
Option 3 — Bespoke interior shopping list
A custom furniture and furnishings list based on your specific property, layout and target guest type, including a tracker to manage ordering and progress. Best for higher-end properties or owners who want an optimised result without full project management.
Option 4 — Full interior design & fit-out
Everything managed end to end — design, sourcing, deliveries, assembly, installation and final styling, with a pre-launch walkthrough. Most suitable for busy or overseas owners, high-value properties or portfolio clients. Offered where access, timelines and accountability can be managed properly.
All shopping lists are provided in Google Sheets, with recommended quantities, direct purchase links and a simple tracker to mark items as ordered, delivered and installed.
